HOW DOES THE NWFC™ REPORTING PROCESS WORK FOR MY STAFF?
Staff follow a client-specific link to a desktop reporting app, download our mobile web app or, in limited cases, call our hotline operators (who use your version of our app in the background). Our app-based intelligent system then guides staff (who can choose to be anonymous) through a set of questions that have been tailored to their concern by experienced investigators and subject matter experts.
HOW DOES THE NWFC™ SUPPORT ISSUE MANAGEMENT?
Once complete, a report immediately arrives in your InSight Dashboard where only those you select to view and take action on the report are notified that a new concern has arrived (or an existing concern has been updated.) The included InSight Dashboard supports quick, context-driven response and and resolution, to include the ability to exchange follow up messages with staff members who submitted a report, even if they chose to remain anonymous.
